Who is this Program designed for?+
The Program is designed for adult men (18+) who experience ED due to lifestyle factors such as poor diet, sedentary habits, hormonal imbalances, stress, or poor sleep. It is not a substitute for medical treatment of pathological or severe vascular ED.
Will this Program cure my ED?+
Results vary by individual. Many men experience significant improvement through lifestyle intervention, but no specific outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on consistency, baseline health, age, and underlying causes.
What blood tests do I need?+
The protocol covers 11 markers: Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, Prolactin, Estradiol (E2), HbA1c, Lipid Panel, Vitamin D, TSH, and Cortisol. Our interpretation guide and supplement recommendations are personalised to your results.
I have diabetes or a heart condition. Can I still join?+
Yes, you can join. Before beginning the Program, you will attend a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) call with our ED Consultant. During this call, your condition will be assessed, your treatment pathway will be customised, and appropriate precautions will be outlined. We also recommend informing your treating physician.
Is it safe to take supplements without a doctor?+
We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist first. Referenced supplements are general over-the-counter wellness supplements but may interact with existing medications or conditions. Never replace prescribed medication with supplements.
How long does the exercise program take each day?+
The daily commitment ranges from 10 to 30 minutes depending on your intensity level and program phase (Month 1, 2, or 3). Your exercise spreadsheet auto-calculates sets, reps, and rest based on your profile.
What is an Intensity Level?+
Levels range from 1 (Full Intensive, for men aged 40 and below with healthy BMI) to 5 (Senior/Low-Impact). Your level is auto-assigned based on your client profile and can be adjusted by your ED Consultant.
Do I need gym equipment?+
No. The entire protocol can be done at home without any equipment.
How is the Program delivered?+
After enrollment and your RCA consultation, you receive a complete digital kit: 90-Day Client SOP presentation, exercise spreadsheet, blood test interpretation tool, supplement timing chart, weekly progress tracker, sleep & stress protocol, and mindset module — all delivered via email.
Is there personal coaching included?+
Yes. The Program includes WhatsApp-based check-ins with your ED Consultant. Frequency and format are confirmed during your RCA consultation.
What if I fall behind schedule?+
Simply resume from where you left off. Consistency over 90 days matters more than perfection. Your consultant can help you recalibrate.
What does the Program cost?+
The Program fee is not fixed — it is determined individually based on your specific health concern, condition severity, and the treatment pathway recommended after your RCA consultation. Your consultant will communicate the fee clearly before any payment is required.

Is the Program refundable?+
